Pan-Fried Chicken Drumette

【Ingredients】
5pcs            Chicken drumette      
some           Ginger slice           
1 tsp            Corn starch            

【Marinade sauce】
1 tbsp          Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce 
2 tsp            Pearl River Bridge Superior Dark Soy Sauce
4 tsp            Sugar
1/2 tsp         Salt 

【Methods】
1.    Marinate the chicken drumette for at least 3 hours.
2.    Saute ginger slices until fragrant, add and fry chicken drumette until done.
3.    Mix the marinade sauce with corn starch to make a sauce, Add the sauce, braise until sauce is absorbed, serve hot.
