Pan Fried Lamb Chop with Oyster Flavoured Sauce

【Ingredients】
5 pcs (about 500g) Lamb Chop
Some Olive oil
【Seasonings】
1 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce
2 tbsp PRB’s Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce
some Sea salt
some Rosemary
【Methods】
1. Use kitchen paper towel to drain the unfreeze lamb chop, marinade with Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce and sea salt for half an hour.
2. Heat pan with some olive oil in slow fire, fry both sides of lamb chop for 2 minutes
3. Dish up then topping with rosemary, serve with dipping PRB’s Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce.
