Japanese Teriyaki Chicken Hamburger

【Ingredients】
2 pc (cut in half) Hamburger Buns
2 pc Chicken steak
100g Tomato
100g Cucumber
some Lettuce
2 pc Cheese
【Seasoning】
1 tbsp PRB Premium Japanese soy sauce
1/3 tsp Salt
【Method】
1. Wash up the chicken steaks and drain off with kitchen towel, add in PRB Premium Japanese soy sauce and salt to marinate for 1 hour.
2. Pan-fried the chicken steaks at each side for 3-5 mins until done.
3. Cut tomato and cucumber into slices, drain lettuce with kitchen towel and set aside.
4. Put lettuce, tomato, cucumber, cheese, chicken steaks on the bottom half of the hamburger, cover it with another half of the hamburger, and serve.
